Thought on the talk: Inside the mind of a master procrastinator

1. Do you procrastinate sometimes?

I usually procrastinate. It's a very common things to everyone. If you don't , maybe you are the most strangest person in the world.

2. What are some of the things you procrastinate on?

Everything .
For example, homework, housework, preparing exam or something not emergency but important like exercising is the things I procrastinate on.
Although I would plan schedule, I always broke it. And I knew it's a bad habit, but I can't change it.
There's a saying that goes "The best laid plans."

3. What are strategies you can use to combat procrastination.

I tried to combat procrastination like writing the schedule down.
But it's not useful, I still put on till the deadline.
And now I change my mind, I don't need to be a perfect person like others.
I just need to complete things before deadline and it's an efficient way to me.
If something is enough important, I won't procrastinate, I will do it quickly.
And maybe find a person to supervise me is a good way to combat procrastination.
I have never tried before.
